Building Cladding - Questions Without Notice and Ministers Statements

T Smith (12:33:47): My question is again to the Minister for Planning. When was the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) first advised that the property in McDonald Street, Mordialloc, which was evacuated over the weekend because of dangerous combustible cladding and mould, was too dangerous to live in?T Smith (12:38:40): The Age reported on the safety risks of this building in December 2016. Why has this government waited almost three years whilst these residents’ lives were in danger before giving them just 48 hours to evacuate the property?
